Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Auto at Patio & Leigh, San Jose, on 10/21/13

On Monday, October 21, 2013, San Jose Police reported that Catherine Maxwell was a pedestrian near the corner of Patio Drive and Leigh Avenue in San Jose, when she was struck by a car. She died from her injuries.
